The property market in Chania appears to be recovering albeit at a slow pace thanks in part to returning confidence and to increased tourism which is propelling demand for new holiday homes and villas.

According to the findings, the supply of holiday homes is expected to grow stronger and improve in quality once planned tourist infrastructure projects are completed. Indicatively, visitors to the area of Kissamos are willing to pay up to 2,000 euros a week for a luxury villa.

    The latest Kissamos Property Statistics for May 2018 to April 2019 are out, and we want to attract more focus to the property market in Kissamos, Chania, it’s current trends, and property selling prices. In Kissamos, prices rose by 1.5% this year, compared to an increase of 0.7% in 2018 with an average asking price of: 110,544 euro.

    The number of properties available to buy on the property market of Kissamos rose by 4.5% during 2018.
